Michael Fleck
Born in the Bronx, Michael Fleck is a seasoned professional with a rich career history spanning over 30 years at IBM, where he excelled in mainframe systems, networking, and troubleshooting. Throughout his time at IBM, Michael developed a keen problem-solving acumen that became the foundation for his career.
After transitioning to a new career in pest control, Michael discovered a deep passion for helping others. He enjoys meeting people, offering personalized solutions, and taking great satisfaction in resolving their pest control challenges. His dedication to customer service and problem-solving continues to drive his success in this field.
When not tackling pest control issues, Michael spends his free time playing old-time music at various venues around New York, sharing his love of music with the community.
Michael Hubler
I was born and raised in Middletown, NY; currently living in Gardiner. I am a graduate of Middletown Schools. Pest control found me 26 years ago. Along the years I have enjoyed being able to educate others, especially school groups; with the knowledge I have learned about the pests that are bugging them. In my spare time I love to spend time with my kids and my fiancé. Football season…Let’s go JETS! Hockey season…Let’s go RANGERS!! Throw in a little Madden and I am good to go. Making people laugh also brings me joy…bring on the silly antics and whacky hats. Catch me listening to some music; Metallica, Snoop and Willy but no country music for this guy. What makes me stand out you ask…could be the bald head shining in the sun or just me doing what it takes to make the customer happy.

I have been part of the Customer Service team at Fleck Pest since the Spring of 2024. I am a local to Ulster County and have lived in this area my whole life. You will likely hear from me when scheduling your services or when you have a pest-mergency! I am deeply empathetic about your pest control needs and especially ridding your homes and businesses of dare I say it… S-P-I-D-E-R-S and other pests of course. In my free time…wait, I have no free time. Both of my kids play ice hockey! Joking aside, in my free time I love listening to audiobooks, hanging out with my husband and chasing my cats around the house. Fun fact about me; I cannot keep indoor plants alive.
